🔎 Role - Employment Litigation Attorney
✔️Oversee and manage complex employment litigation cases from inception to resolution
✔️ Develop and implement effective defense strategies in employment disputes
✔️ Provide expert legal advice to clients on employment law issues
✔️Prepare pleadings, motions and briefs for court proceedings
✔️ Represent clients in hearings, trials and mediations.
✔️ Work closely with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients
👓 Requirements
✔️Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
✔️Admission to the State Bar
✔️5+ Years of experience in practicing Employment Litigation
